Technology Coordinator - Support Hub

Overview

The role is based out of Clarkston, GA. The Technology Coordinator supports all departments of GFM through full tech stack development and administration. This ministry role is part-time (20 hours per week) and may be support-based. The Technology Coordinator has the ability to work on-site and from home on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain GFM's tech stack by performing routine updates and ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
• Manage CRM administration, automations, integrations, and account provisioning.
• Handle local IT needs including wifi, printers, and conference room technology.
• Manage endpoint security, backups, DNS, and data dashboard integrations.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and provide implementation support to stakeholders.
• Train personnel in the use of common applications and troubleshoot technology issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation on technology, inventory, systems, and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose, vision, values, and statement of faith.
• Must identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ with a high view of Scripture.
• Must demonstrate humility, teachability, and the ability to work well with others.
• Must display advanced interpersonal relational skills and be dedicated to peacemaking.
• Must function well both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn internal communications and technology systems (Email, Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
• Knowledge of SaaS economy, Google Workspace, online databases, and AI security implications.
• Clear communication skills for troubleshooting, implementing programs, and training team members.

A College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems is preferred, though informal training in IT, management, or ministry is also acceptable.
